Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Workjumbo. The service is free, anonymous and provided as-is. By using it, you agree to what follows.

1. The service

Workjumbo aggregates publicly available job listings from third-party job boards and presents them in one searchable place. We are not an employer, a recruiter or an employment agency, and we do not process applications.

2. No account required

Workjumbo requires no registration. There is no account to create, secure, or lose access to, and consequently no account terms, password obligations or termination process.

3. Listing accuracy

Listings originate with third parties. We normalise and de-duplicate them, but we do not verify their accuracy, legitimacy or current availability. A role may be filled, withdrawn or misdescribed by the source at any time.

Always confirm the details on the original listing before applying. Never send payment or sensitive documents to an employer you have not independently verified.

4. Applying for roles

Clicking Apply takes you to the source job board or employer site. Your application, and anything you disclose during it, is governed entirely by that site's terms and privacy policy. Workjumbo is not party to it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl or bulk-download the service outside the documented public API;
  • exceed the published rate limits or attempt to evade them;
  • interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service;
  • use the service for any unlawful purpose or to send unsolicited communications.

6. Public API

The read-only API is offered without authentication, subject to per-address rate limits of 1,000 search requests and 100 trending or analytics requests per hour. Limits, response shapes and availability may change without notice. Attribution to Workjumbo is appreciated where the data is republished.

7. Intellectual property

Job listing content, company names and logos belong to their respective owners and are reproduced for the purpose of search and referral. The Workjumbo name, design system and software are ours. If you own listing content and want it removed, contact us and we will action it.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that listings are accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workjumbo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including lost opportunities, lost earnings, or dealings with any employer or job board reached through it.

10. Changes and contact
