Integration Analyst II -Federal Laboratory Program The Integration Analyst II independently designs, implements, and supports laboratory client integrations. This role serves as a primary technical resource for physician practices, health systems, and partner organizations supporting Federal Laboratory programs, ensuring reliable and compliant electronic data exchange throughout the laboratory testing lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design, build, test, deploy, and support HL7 and API-based laboratory interfaces. Lead client connectivity onboarding activities, including technical discovery and testing coordination. Troubleshoot complex interface issues impacting laboratory ordering, results delivery, and specimen workflows. Analyze client and LIS/EHR requirements to ensure accurate mapping and configuration. Collaborate with laboratory operations, client IT teams, vendors, and middleware teams. Ensure integrations meet turnaround time, data integrity, and compliance requirements.
