Location Information This position could be located in Toronto, ON, Winnipeg, MB or Calgary, AB. Job Purpose and Impact The Canadian Customs Analyst plays a key role within our Global Trade Compliance (GTC) function by executing customs compliance activities across a wide and diverse customer and stakeholder base in Canada and as needed, in support of US GTC and cross-border operations and objectives. In this role, you will work closely with internal business units to address risk and leverage customs opportunities, develop and implement control and compliance frameworks, contribute to government inquiries and provide operational mentorship and training. You will also develop and support implementation of moderately complex customs solutions and advice while delivering customs advisory and operational excellence support to facilitate import/export compliance with corporate targets and objectives. Key Accountabilities POLICY & PROCEDURE DEVELOPMENT: Implements, maintains and supports the development of moderately complex customs compliance tasks and actively participates in projects associated with customs compliance.
