About the role The Healthcare team covers a wide variety of innovative clients in various healthcare and life sciences sub sectors, including biotechnology, medical technology, life sciences tools, diagnostics, specialty pharma and technology enabled healthcare. Morgan Stanley's Healthcare Group works with companies, institutions and individuals on mergers and acquisitions, strategy advisory, and executions of public and private capital markets transactions. Professionals in the European team are mainly located in London, Paris and Frankfurt and work closely with other IBD groups and Global Capital Markets colleagues in Europe. The Vice President will primarily focus on driving, leading and executing prominent transactions; ensuring cooperation among key stakeholders within the Firm to deliver highest quality of service to the Firm's clients. As a Vice President, there will also be business development assignments involving interacting directly with senior-level financial and strategic decision-makers at our corporate and international clients.
