The Technical Product Manager (TPM) plays a pivotal and hands-on role as a product leader in translating market and client needs into technically sound product capabilities. This role leads both the internal technical product management (such as, architecture alignment, roadmap and delivery coordination) as well as leading the external market product strategy (such as, competitive insights, customer feedback, and product positioning). This will be a critical role in bridging product capabilities and technical teams throughout the product lifecycle—from early-stage feasibility to design oversight and delivery—to ensure scalable, performant, and interoperable solutions with deep alignment to engineering and architecture. Responsibilities: Define and own the product strategy for Smile’s Core CDR platform components — including data ingestion pipelines, data quality (master data management, enrichment, etc), persistence layer, and administration capabilities.
