About the Role We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer with proven experience working in high-performing venture capital-backed startups to help shape and build the next generation of impactful technology products used by thousands of users every day. This is a highly collaborative and hands-on engineering role where you will work across infrastructure, backend, frontend, and AI-powered systems. You will partner closely with Product, Design, Commercial, Analytics, and Operations teams to design and deliver meaningful features that solve real-world problems. The role offers a high degree of ownership and autonomy within a fast-moving environment that values pragmatism, experimentation, and continuous improvement. You will help evolve modern AI-enabled products and internal tooling while contributing to architectural decisions, platform scalability, and engineering best practices. The team currently works with technologies including Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, React, GCP, OpenAI, and Claude, while remaining flexible and open to evolving the stack as the platform grows.
