Role Purpose The Senior Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, commercial leadership and growth of client accounts within Coterie’s partner and ecosystem marketing consultancy. This role sits at the centre of client delivery, acting as the primary operational lead on accounts and a key conduit between clients and Coterie’s delivery teams. The Senior Account Manager ensures work is clearly briefed, commercially sound, well-coordinated and delivered to a high standard, while building trusted client relationships that support retention, account growth and long-term client value. The role combines excellent client service, delivery leadership, commercial discipline and team collaboration, operating with increasing autonomy under the leadership of an Account Director.
