Job Title: Adjunct Faculty, Project Management - Online Unit: National & Global Department: DeVoe School of Business Campus Location: Online/Remote Summary of Position: DeVoe School of Business, Technology, and Leadership is seeking experienced Adjunct Faculty to teach graduate project management courses in an online, asynchronous format. Additional opportunities exist to teach international student courses in a hybrid format, which includes online coursework and a two-day in-person session located in Merrillville, IN or Dallas, TX. We are seeking faculty with a Doctoral degree in business or related discipline, PMP or PgMP certification and 3 or more years’ experience in both Agile and traditional project practices or Masters in business or related discipline, PMP or PgMP certification and 5 or more years’ experience in both Agile and traditional project practices. Duties and Responsibilities Perform instruction-related duties and responsibilities in a timely manner and in accordance with the mission, policies and procedures of the college. Employ a range of suitable strategies to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, encourage active learning in all students, maintain proper class related records, promptly assess student coursework, and apprise students of progress. Articulate, current within his or her discipline, and demonstrate a passion for teaching and learning with related professional experience.
