TEAM The Product Strategy team is responsible for identifying, prototyping, shipping, and scaling products that drive growth within specific market segments that Komodo serves. We do this by operating across three horizons: (1) where to play over the next 3-5 years; (2) prototyping, launching, and landing new products that will drive growth over the next 1-3 years; (3) optimizing Komodo’s existing product portfolio. We sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing — translating market intelligence and customer needs into strategies, products, and results that advance Komodo's mission to Reduce the Burden of Disease.
